How do we do that?

Our patented technology creates high-performance carbon-composite frames in a process combining injection-moulding with fluid-injection technology.

This creates hollow-tube geometries in areas where we need high mechanical properties. In combination with V Frame carbon composite material this results in worlds first high-performance bike frames made in injection-moulding with stiffness exceeding conventional aluminium frames, while cutting the frame weight at the same time.

The process is fully automatic and produces finish bike frame with premium surfaces quality in 90 seconds.
